Well, it&#8217;s easy. Yep it really is&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>You want to know the secret? <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Write passwords\u00a0down and keep them in your wallet or purse.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>No, I haven&#8217;t taken leave of my senses. It is, in fact, what major security expert\u00a0Bruce Schneier suggests in his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schneier.com\/blog\/archives\/2005\/06\/write_down_your.html\" target=\"_blank\">blog<\/a>. The issue is simple:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You need a different password for every account<\/li>\n<li>Your passwords need to be\u00a0complex &#8211; and are therefore hard to remember<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For everyone who only has a few passwords, writing them down and storing them somewhere you are used to keeping secure &#8211; your wallet &#8211; is a no brainer. Sticking them to your monitor on a Post-It-Note isn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p>If you have lots of passwords to manage, then this becomes a hopeless solution &#8211; but never fear, password manager software is your friend. Products like Lastpass, Keepass, etc are now fully mature products, that can secure hundreds of\u00a0passwords using a single master password &#8211; which is all you have to remember.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, this solution allows you to use <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>very<\/strong><\/em><\/span>\u00a0 strong passwords, simply <em><strong>because<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 you don&#8217;t have to\u00a0rely on your memory.
